Kona ev tyre pressure help

      When I got the car it had 40psi in all wheels. It ain’t been drove much and noticed this morning that one is 31psi.

      I tried the handbook, the tyres, the sticker and the Internet. What is the tyre pressure

        Try just open driver door on left on bodywork same one that the door locks on to ,is there a sticker there ?

          Can’t remember offhand, but as above, there’s a sticker in the door bay of the drivers side with the tyre pressure

          Looks like it’s 36psi mate

            Sorry about the abrupt end there as my battery was did run out. That’s the problem, the tyres say 51psi the sticker says 36, the Internet has everything from 40 to 60psi.

            I prefer to run mine at the max so if the tyres say 51 then is it OK as its a big difference from 36psi.

              The pressure marked on the tires is the MAXIMUM they can be inflated too, I’d stick with the recommended 36psi, the tires are low rolling resistance, and need to be right to work properly, might not get very good braking at the maximum level

                I reinforce what Intranicity says. If the sticker says 36, then that’s what the manufacturer chose based on the best handling, braking, steering and economy. To drive with tyres at 51psi would be DANGEROUS.
