well kia told me car needs updateing ,email said need computer cant do on mobile ,so local kia dealership emg ,collected it to upgrade ,BUT app no longer functions ,car is home but app says still at dealership , have been through uninstall app reinstall 4 times still not function , i  googled it says modem has not been reset after update , so i informed dealership ,think they will have to sort it have car back tomorrow ????

It may be a case the update Kia has done, has disconnected your app from the car and it needs re-connecting again, so if you find after driving a bit, it’s not connecting, pop round to your dealer or we could assist in helping you and your PA in setting it back up again 🙂

yes kezo i think thats what it is , but kia dealership should know that ,give the advice , they seem to say ,app ahh well we havent touched the app ????
