We ordered our Ioniq 6 Premium in Biophillic Blue in June 2024 and were told we could expect delivery in September.

I checked with the dealer 2 weeks ago and was told it has arrived at Tilbury and is awaiting PDI. I spoke to the dealer the other day to see if they had an update and was told they would chase it up but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

 

Does anyone know if there are delays at Tilbury at present?

In other people’s experience, how long has it taken for their car to be sent to the dealer once it reaches Tilbury?

3 weeks for my Tucson but, I expect they will be busy with the new reg fast approaching, which will also be putting extra demand on car transporters.
