Just had new actuator fitted to charging flap as 1 year old one had seized. When flap is open when charging through the night it is exposed to the elements. I would imagine the same thing is going to happen again. It took VW 17 days to repair. Does anyone know if you can purchase an elasticated cover to protect the actuator when charging. When it seizes there is no way you can charge your vehicle.
