The Hire car I’m in broke down on the 14th June, it took Rac motability a week to collect the vehicle (21st).
I have now been without a car for over a week, Europcar branches don’t pick up their phone, their customers service can’t do anything, messages are not getting passed on, I’m being fobbed off and every phone call I get different ‘advice’
RSA motability who are suppose to deal with hire cars have been absolutely no help at all.
Cab is costing me over £100 per day as my daughters who no lives with me her school is a 60mile round trip, not inc other errands.
if I was to go to the europcar branch in person for answers would this be wrong of me?
