Hire car issues

      The Hire car I’m in broke down on the 14th June, it took Rac motability a week to collect the vehicle (21st).

      I have now been without a car for over a week, Europcar branches don’t pick up their phone, their customers service can’t do anything, messages are not getting passed on, I’m being fobbed off and every phone call I get different ‘advice’

      RSA motability who are suppose to deal with hire cars have been absolutely no help at all.

      Cab is costing me over £100 per day as my daughters who no lives with me her school is a 60mile round trip, not inc other errands.

      if I was to go to the europcar branch in person for answers would this be wrong of me?

        Go direct to Motability, never had any issues with numerous hire cars, other than being over charged for fuel when they go back.

          I’ve contacted motability and they put me through to RSA because the are the one who deal with hire cars

            Your contract is with Motability , get back on the phone and ask them to sort this out for you , dont be fobbed off, but also be polite yet firm

              Just a thought but I wonder if the complete lack of interest on RSA part could be down to them serving there noticed as it were. There finished with Motability in a few months time so more than likely don’t give a Monkey’s over there services to us.

              It’s never an easy thing to deal with at the best of times but I fear until the new boy’s and girl’s take over we will see more of this and the only hope is for Motability to deal with it on your behalf.
