Morning, the driver heated seat has stopped working, must I just contact Volvo, have I got to pay anything, will I get a courtesy car, some times these things can be troublesome, don’t want to be without transport. Cheers

It needs to go into the dealership for them to investigate ajn. Make sure that you ask for a suitable curtsey car when you book yours in. Give the dealership plenty of notice as curtsy cars are limited.  Why would you have to pay anything? Motability should cover costs.

Yeah when our button for the electric boot broke we just booked an appointment with SEAT and brought it in. Was a “quick fix” (ie, 5 hours..), so we didn’t bother with a courtesy car, just wasted a few hours shopping etc.

They sort out the receipt with MB (if there is any, this should be warranty repair anyway).

Apparently where I ordered and picked up the car, won’t be business as usual, and the car will have to be taken else where over the seat malfunction..

Pillar to post springs to mind here, another day maybe can’t be bothered…

I’m still play email ping pong with someone about booking in the car over the driver seat heating not working,  original showroom/dealer has moved on from Volvo apparently..

Should I just contact motability, let them sort it…

Seems to be just stalling, and wasting time with this guy, 4times I’ve sent the  number plate, yet keeps asking for it?

Yes, get Motability to sort it.
