      A big thank you to Motability. My car had flat battery on Saturday. RAC arrived changed battery but car then had no power steering. So got car into dealer Monday morning, they have just called not just a computer reset, but more work involved so no forecast on time. A call to Motability and hire car arranged. Plus the lady on phone told me, call them when i get hire car delivered as entitled to loss of use rebate for the days without my motab car and hire car arriving. Now a race between Ford being fixed  dependant on parts and new car arriving from Japan 🙂

        Never heard of Motability paying a loss of rebate before, especially when your allocated a hire car 🙂

        I must remember that!

          It is for the time between my car breaking and arrival of hire car which is looking like being 7 days

              Well done Motability.

              No hire car available for me when my Tucson goes in so I’ve been given a Taxi account from Motability.. impressed!
