      i filled in an online complaints form this morning again complaining about the search tool, how cars are miscategorised making it difficult to search for a suitable vehicle. examples are bmw i3s and vauxhall mokka being medium cars not small suv, mini coutryman being large suv not small. hybrids being listed as petrol etc etc the list goes on. and i am sure many of you have other anomolies.

      any way i never expected a response anytime soon.

      lo and behold 10.23 a missed call and a voicemail from motability operations you could have knocked me over with a feather. they say they will call back.

      pity they just dont fix it.

        Motability customer support is generally really good from my experience, so I’m not that surprised.

        Will be interested in hearing what they say about your very valid complaint though!
