I have a new vehicle and the usb port is loose and doesn’t work properly, I’ve tried several brand new usb cables and its not an issue with the cables but the port but who do i need to contact to get this fixed.

Your dealer is best place to get it sorted 🙂

They may suggest you were heavy handed plugging a cable in or out, which you will of course deny if the dealer asks?

Any issues you can get something like this, that plug in the 12v socket and will give you an extra 2 more ports.

Thanks @kezo I will get one of these as they will come in handy. I have messaged the dealer who has said ring the service department to get it checked out.
