Finally registered (post under ‘Gary’ unregistered)

So, simple question, complicated answer probably.  We have an XC40 Phev, would that class as a plugin EV (I assume it would) to obtain an EV tariff.

EDF offering me fixed til 2024 on just over current cap (28p) this is considerably lower that Scottishpower are are (even for a year) so am looking to move across.
