almost all vehicles on the motability scheme will take the full amount of the higher rate mobility component. Unless your PIP incorporates some daily living payments you would have no PIP for an income if you join the motability scheme.

the total sacrifice in terms of PIP income vs a vehicle on the scheme would be at least £11,817 from over 3 years from next month.

It would be best to check your award paperwork and work out what is best financially

            Good luck

From April Motability take £303 every for weeks and 39 payments in total over a 3 year lease £11,817 🙂

Do take into consideration PIP rates increase each April and Motability will keep the increase each year 🙂

Bare in mind if like myself there are two revenue streams for PIP, one, Mobility part that you give to MB for the car as mentioned above but, two, there’s also a Daily living part that will be paid direct to you if you have this part of PIP too.
