      Booked my car in for its 18,000 mile service, gave them 6 weeks notice saying I needed a SUV courtesy car similar to my Kuga as my spine is fixed from top to bottom so I can’t bend into a saloon car. What was I offered on the day of service????  A bloody Fiesta ! Thank you Bristol Street Motors – you have lost a customer forever .

        That’s ridiculous.

        Did you phone them to remind them the day before?

        You could have refused it in the day of the service. They would have had to have found you a more suitable car, maybe from the Sales department.

        Failing that you could have cancelled the service and said you’ll rebook it when they have a suitable loan car.

          I did remind them the day before and nothing was a problem… except when I turned up.

          I cancelled the service and booked elsewhere although it did take several weeks to process.

          Lookers Ford were very helpful.

            @Bigbry

            Well done you! If more people hit them in the pocket in this way the service might improve! I would follow up with a complaint too to take up some of their time dealing with it like they wasted yours, but that’s just me 😁.

              Mines booked in on the 7th for 1st service and I have requested an automatic courtesy car which was confirmed so I will wait and see how that pans out

              Also told them the car isnt updating over air as it should have updated a couple of times since then

              Reply was I need to talk to renault directly as they dont deal with that

              Although other Renault dealers have updated via USB I hear
