As we are now fast approaching the moment the UK ceases to be a member of the EU, the BBC has issued the following advice:
Stay indoors.
Keep your bathtub and other receptacles full of water.
Keep foodstuffs in a dry, cool area.
Have a good stock of batteries and torches.
If you have a cellar, remain within it.
Do not open any windows.
Stay away from glass.
If any member of your family should die during Brexit, put them outside. But remember to tag them first, for identification purposes. - CreatorTopic

January 30, 2020 at 1:21 pm #104587The day soon’t shall be here. Celebrate with alcohol free beer. This fine country shall soon be free. Perhaps celebrate with a coffee or tea. The EU I feel shall soon cease to be. Other countries also will be free. The Danes Swedes Poles and others too . Will they also go and leave the EU with few.
Tomorrow at 11 the clock will strike not just to signify the hour of the day but a significant moment in the history of this great country.
January 30, 2020 at 1:28 pm #104591I will be popping the cork on a bottle of this, just to show there’s no hard feelings:

January 30, 2020 at 2:54 pm #104603Don’t forget, if you make a celebration dinner, to serve something half love and half hate, just to keep it going a little longer lol

January 30, 2020 at 4:37 pm #104618I was but a secondary school boy when we joined the Common Market (Not to be confused with the common meerkat)
Now an old man, we leave the EU
It truly makes me sad.

ThargWill re-read Asterix in Britain. Extremely funny picture strip which really sums us up pointedly, wittily and with great affection.

If you have enough people coming for dinner that 1.9% makes a difference, good luck to you 😛
