I’ve ordered a 3 series from Sytner Chigwell on the 30th September thinking the prices will go up in q4 and I paid a £500 deposit. I just found out someone on this forum ordered the same car and from the same dealership but managed to get £500 off the ap by matching Marshalls cashback.

1. Will I be able to get £500 off my ap even if I ordered already?

2. Will I be able to reorder with the cashback and NOT lose my £500 deposit?

That is under the dealers discretion and whether or not they want to accommodate that for you, they would simply need to do a revision in price when it comes to paying the full amount.
