Hi there,
my car is currently in being repaired. I was just wondering about the £100 excess fee. Is it the insurance company or the garage I pay that to? Also can I pay it like next month or would they want it before I got the car back?thanku!

You pay the garage and they will usually ask for it before they release the car.
It’s paid to the repairers. Sometimes when you collect the vehicle but often when you drop it off.
