Great in theory but that’s only 8 years away, most of cars sold this year (and older) will still be on the road in 2027 unless there is some mandatory retrofit of GPS and collision avoidance systems there’s going to be a lot of drivers scratching their heads wondering where they are or what’s the speed limit.
