Goes to show it’s best to let Motability and rsa know as I’m sure if you hadn’t you may not of got the full amount, and it’s good to see common sense being used as why should you be charged the excess or lose out on a repair that will cost £60-£80 plus Motability liability doesn’t raise the following year.
