As long as it’s a 69 plate and not a 19 I don’t think it affects you, WLTP has been about for a couple of years and isn’t actually the New one manufacturer/Dealerships like to make out, RDE (1 & 2) is the next step and it’s RDE1 that comes into effect 1st September. It can be confusing but from how I understand it as long as your not picking up a 19 plate there is no need to check or be concerned about.
