I was thinking this myself, our car is always returned spotless with below average miles.
Maybe they should bring in a reward system for finishing a lease within a certain mileage. That way those that only do short mileages get a Brucie Bonus and Motability get to sell on a car with practically no mileage (if that makes a difference to what they get for them, I dunno how it works)
