    The charity that I volunteer with helped one of our clients recently with an early termination, so slightly different circumstances.

    However one phrase that struck me when I was talking on the clients behalf from Motability representative was:

    “…Please remember if we do agree, the right to cancel is not the same as the right to reapply…..”

    In the end, and not because of that, the client decided to let the lease run, so I have no idea of what, if anything, that actually meant in practice.

    But it was said, and it was something new added to the Motabilty representatives script.
