Hi, thanks for your comments, I thought I was on my own, this is a bit random, but has anyone tried to email Motability, and tell them how unhappy we are, because I cannot find a link, you can ring them , but that is one to one, , the message doesn’t get through..
Perhaps the best way to let Motability know you are unhappy with the scheme is to log on to your motability account, go to DLM and request a copy of your no claims. Bonus, just a simple key press.
Thats what I did. You are only going to do that if you are leaving the scheme.
DLM will let Motability know how many people are voting with their feet, before they dump the scheme.
Not that it matters to Motability, but they will get the message when people leave. No point in complaining, if you are gonna leave just leave. They do not care.
