i have struck lucky i was able to order an ev4 air at the end of feb which will cost me £83.48 a week on wpms with no advance payment. i will still be entitled to 20k a year and will use less than that overall the juke has done 17k. eventhough i cant charge at home the fuel will probabley work out similar to the juke in terms of cost as i will probabley do fewer miles.
but then as my personal finances will have improved if all plans come to fruition i will be able to finance a decent 2nd hand car although i will be 70 by then.
i do wonder what the scheme will be by then and its such a shame as its much needed.
