I have a e3008…
My car has been off the road for a total least 11 weeks since I’ve had in..Nov..2024! Including electrical problems and steering joint recalls..(2 weeks)
The current problems are major electrical problems with the car…9 weeks and counting!!
Peugeot claim there’s a fault with the door locks shorting the system out..B******t!!
The dealers havnt even bothered to pick up the phone to me…I have to chase Motobility and the RAC for updates..
The Peugeot customer care..joke…!!have informed RAC that there’s a long wait for parts…
The latest is..and I quote..”The dealers have informed Peugeot, that the parts are now in..however…they’ll get around to fitting the parts when there’s room in their workshop…that was 2 weeks ago…
I also know of someone with exactly the same problem..same time off road…car returned…and broke down again 24 hours later,with same problem…off the road again..
Service is absolutely ,diabolical and they don’t t give a toss for the customer..
I have requested to Motobility that I return the vehicle..they say that the RAC must approve it..and there may be a charge..!
I have spoken with RAC and requested the car gets returned..as I no longer have any faith in Peugeot…or their products..
In 3 days time I’m starting week 10 of no e3008 ..I am running around in a hire car…not ideal..
So anyone thinking of buying an E3008
Think again..Great looking car but a whole heap of grief and inconvenience..
Anyone else having the same problem with Peugeot??
There must be a few out there as thier workshops seem to have no room..
