It’s mainly a matter of principle for me
We get a letter saying our allowance is increasing as will everyone else, Motability get to keep that extra money yet NEVER mention this in their statements
I may not be effected by these changes yet but again it’s my principle, I feel that I’m giving them my money for them to give new and renewing customers LESS than I have currently which is to be fair wrong.
Solutions?
Manufacturers working directly with us to offer the same or similar and cutting Motability out of the equation. Like Peugeot did with their “Just Add Fuel“
