I understand your anger, these changes have put me in a very difficult situation.
I intend to sit on my hands, let the dust settle and see where we are when the WAV has to be returned, I live in hope that there will be a correction to the mileage limit or excess charge. Or in an ideal world WAV’s taken off Motability Operations and handled directly by Motability.
