I have 2 years left on my Nissan Ariya Evolve and currently do just under 10K miles a year. My wife has the option of Car leasing through her work (NHS) although I am unsure of the associated costs. My current plan is to save up around £7.5K for the next AP and I would probably stick with the Ariya Evolve if it returned or look at the Skoda Enyaq. Would we be better off looking at leasing through the wife’s job or remain on the scheme? Thanks in advance for any helpful replies.
There is plenty of information available through the NHS and recommend you look into it fully and use one of the NHS calculators to see the benefits and impacts..
Depending on the pay grade dictates the affordabilty options i.e If your wife is grade 4 she will get a higher value car than a if she was grade 2.
There can be substantial tax and National Insurance savings from her gross pay each month, but it can effect final pension value by around 20%
The NHS scheme basically mimics what Motability offers, by being all inclusive
