Yes, I have thought about it, and I’m aware it’s a lot of mileage.
To be honest, it’s exactly why I’m looking at different options going forward. Next time I may not use Motability and instead look at something like the NHS fleet scheme, which seems to offer more flexibility with mileage.
At the moment though, I’m just trying to work within the options available. I still think it would be helpful if there was some flexibility built into the scheme for people who genuinely need higher mileage.
Even if it meant paying more, having the option would be better than having no option at all and just having to accept a one size fits all limit.
