“ The
Accessible Vehicles and Equipment (AVE) Schemein Scotland enables eligible disabled people to lease cars, powered wheelchairs, or scooters using their enhanced/higher rate mobility benefits. Operated by Social Security Scotland, it replaces the DWP Motability scheme, often using Motability Operations as an accredited provider to deliver vehicles.”
