Less mess, but need to take your time, otherwise you can see where missed. Adaptors are available for cross compatibility with Karcher, Compatible patio heads can be found on ebay or used genuine for not much more. If not that dirty get some patio cleaner, use a stiff brush and hose off, much gentler on concrete pavers.
