DLM may have an agreement in place (with the TP insurer) that means there will be no uninsured losses. That way, Legal Expenses section will not get involved – it wouldn’t operate how noted in previous comment. Very much doubt that police will contact you about the TP driver’s potential conviction(s)
My point of legal cover whether included or independant is to prevent a 50:50/Split Claim and preserve non fault based evidence.
