As Mark said, thats totally bizzare, especially as your etters and online account state the 28th. Is it worth a call to Motability, probably not, but I’d do it myself just to kick up a fuss or the dealer could have rang asking what the feck is going on!
Neither here ot there in the grand scheme of things, but would be on the phone Monday morning making sure its done.
