Looking around, the Enyak uses a 2032 alkaline from factory. I’d be inclined to re-fit with an alkaline and your likely find your car reports when the battery gets low however, as long as your aware of the risks you could try a GP lithium and carry a couple of alkaline in the car as an emergency if you can get any, as alkaline are getting harder to find branded.
I’ll get a couple from Skoda next time I’m in.
