@on-the-spectrum I think that you are worrying unnecessarily. If you are using your car legitimately, which I’m sure you are, then if a nasty neighbour decides otherwise then their complaint will go nowhere. At worst, Motability will ask you some questions and, if not satisfied, may fit a tracker. Nobody is going to be sitting outside your house watching you!
