We have to fill in a form online. After that a triage person will decide whether it goes to a doctor, goes to the appointments team to make an appointment with an urgency period or whether it can be dealt with by admin. In reality you can request something and get a phone call saying they’ve been asked to make an appointment in 3-5 weeks.
