I’ve been trying to see the dealer to order since 11 October. I’m concerned about going for a different model as I need a 4 way hoist in the boot for my chair and I have no clue if it will fit. I tried to contact an installation specialist but as seems to be standard with all these companies is they don’t bother replying.
With regards the installers I had that problem last week contacting my installer but used their public email address. If you have done the same try the email address that MB use for the installer, you can find it by doing a postcode search on the MB web site for adaption installer near you.
I got an instant reply with that one and no reply using the public one.
