The article was a user trying to argue with 2 ohme assigned installers for sure they were not the best but the user was not making much sense:

You are not a qualified electrician so your thoughts are not valid. You could get a quote from a local independant installer, that would give you the ammunition to argue your case within current regulations. But in all likelyhood, Ohme will go with what the surveyor suggests, unless you have valid information from another installer
You of course will do what you have always done and delete and ban anyone who disagrees or challenges you
