My understanding that 135kW (NOT kWh) is a nominal peak, not maximum. What you see is instantaneous spike i.e. a value at that moment only.
I also read somewhere last year that Tesla’s charging stations do not “talk” well to non-Tesla vehicles, hence the charging station will try and push the maximum it “thinks” your vehicle can accept.
Sadly my Master’s in not in this field, but I think there is a number of people on this forum, which can provide you with more detailed explanation.
