Morning @clappedout, I think your friend is a very lucky chap. We only got to drive the x1, x2 wasn’t available, shame really as that was the real interest, as we booked both. X1 seems like a great car, Wife said it’s nice to drive, loved the layout inside, however she can easily understand it’s compact for me. Again she’s still loving the Skoda, and tbh it’s a much better car for us, AP is off putting..
@ajn We had the previous generation X1 and it’s bigger inside than it appears. We had no trouble with 4 adults plus a wheelchair in the boot (just folded in half).
If you think that the X1 is too compact for you then don’t waste your time looking at the X2. Both the rear access and the boot are compromised versus the X1. I’m a great fan of BMWs, but their coupe SUVs are all style over substance.
