    1. I think you’re expecting too much , I’m sure you can organise a courtesy car with the dealership and I’m sure they’ll be happy to oblige , we might not be able to use our body’s properly but we can still function ..

    2. You cannot if special adaptation is required.  It has to go to Proximo.  Alternatively,  I think Motability would cover costs of taxi up to a certain amount.  It has to be approved in advance though.
