Thanks everyone. I told DLM about the noises but I’m not sure they’re going to put it down to that of the fact that the rear tyre has a large gash on the sidewall. According to the recovery guy that could have been enough to cause the accident in the first place. Bit like the chicken and the egg, what happened first.
Body shop phoned earlier and it be Wednesday before they can give me a car. I didn’t realise that if you’re at fault you don’t qualify for a temporary car through Motability. It’s not as if I went out of my way to have an accident so why am I treated differently? It is what it is.
