Tried to switch to Intelligent Octopus Go last night and everything looked good it started downloading and finished at the prescribed 90%. Woke this morning (and wanted to be addressed as They Them 😂) to a message saying the process didn’t complete. I’ve sent an email to octopus asking them to look into it.
The charge successfully completed and when I look at the charge costs it was completed on my existing tariff Octopus Go.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
