As already said, they all need to be turned off every time you start it up but you should have a * star buttons on the steering wheel or dash you can make a shortcut to the menus.
The bongs volume can be set very low so its hardly noticeable, especially if there’s music playing.
For the lane assist pulling you left ir right then there should be a button on the steering wheel that you press and hold for about 3 seconds to turn it off, you’ll need to read the manual on how to do all these things.
