Don’t worry. As long as the dealer has ordered the car from the manufacturer and placed it on the Motability system then you will still get it, and at the Advance Payment that applied at the time that you ordered it. Just double check that they’ve done both, as some people have been caught out by this before, thinking that they were OK but the dealer had sat on the order and not placed it, so was unable to do so once it disappeared off the list.
