Hi, I have a Hyundai on the motability scheme and recently had a few paint chips that were bothering me, so got a basic touch up done as I couldn’t afford a big job. It means you can still see where the paint has been touched up and I’m just wondering whether this will pass inspection (it’s not due to go back until 2027 but worrying already!) or if I should get it properly fixed? I’m really anxious as I’ve never had a car on the scheme before so I appreciate any help.
What ever you do, do not attempt to touch up the stone chips, Mobility will not be happy, if you need verification talk to Mobility, it is part of wear and tear.
