I had a call a month ago, a cancellation for a scan I was to have after finishing my antibiotics to ensure my reoccurring infection had finally gone. Can you come in this afternoon? I can but I’m still taking my antibiotics, I thought the point was to at least finish them? Oh, hang on, Oh yeah, we’ll send you an appointment for 2 weeks time.
It’s still much better than delays followed by “we’ll see you in a month or so” to hear nothing for 6 months.
