KIA have been very on/off with their EVs on the scheme recently. Lots of bouncing around with the EV6, plus pricing it like it’s a luxury vehicle, which is odd when it’s cousin (Ioniq 5) is considerably cheaper for a very comparable car. I fear that, despite both the EV3 and 5 being within range in terms of retail pricing, KIA could well force the AP to be much higher than necessary.
I had a look at the EV3 and, although a little small for me, it’s a lovely car, I’d be happy if the Mrs had one and I had to run it locally, less so on a longer trip.
