With a Motability EV you’ll get a Motability Go card, which is effectively contactless with a little protection for your bank. Then get the Electroverse card and that’d be that unless you want to use the Tesla network and save a chunk for a monthly payment.
As for APs, I only use ZapMap for finding nearby chargers if I’m somewhere unfamiliar.
