    Shame that the only Santa Fe model on the scheme remains the entry Premium model.

    It’s also a shame that they have chucked another £grand on the AP. I saw one of these the other day (in the brown colour) and it was mightily impressive, the dumbell lights, sheer size and high ride height – it looked like something from a Holywood disaster movie, I half expected ‘The Rock’ to get out and tell me everything is going to be okay.

    They certainly make them in some unusual colours! I really like the front of the new Santa Fe (looks like a previous generation Land Rover Discovery) but I have a problem with the back end. Like several recent Hyundai models (e.g. Kona) the very low down lights look all wrong and unfortunately extend around to the otherwise attractive side profile. Oddly, the Santa Fe feels smaller inside than the Tucson, as the high and wide centre console between the front seats makes the cabin feel a bit claustrophobic.
