I spoke to the Trust a couple of weeks ago and they indicated it would be back up and running in April when new funds are distributed.
The scheme is run on a first come first serve basis and once the money is gone it’s closed until the next financial year.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
