Ford did a software update 3000 miles ago/Nov when it was in for an oil change a service. I’ve had 3 months with no problems, now it has started again. As I say, everything literally stops working, except thankfully the cruise control. I’ve never known such poor basic technical efficiency in a vehicle before.
